ChainCatcher news, according to Whale Alert monitoring, around 13:45 Beijing time on February 4, a dormant pre-mine address (starting with 0x2E8Eb3) that participated in the ETH ICO and contains 100 ETH (approximately $230,000) was activated after 8.5 years and transferred 20 ETH to an address starting with 0x8Bd3BF. In addition, on-chain data shows that the address starting with 0x2E8Eb3 subsequently transferred 77 ETH to another address (starting with 0x73a4).
