ChainCatcher News, the Beijing Municipal Development and Reform Commission and 12 other municipal departments of Beijing jointly released the "Beijing's Further Strengthening Energy Conservation Implementation Plan (2024 Edition)," which particularly emphasizes strengthening energy conservation management in key areas such as construction, transportation, industry, and information technology. The plan points out that it will implement the national requirements for the continuous rectification of virtual currency "mining" activities, strengthen monitoring, analysis, and classified rectification of "mining" activities, and resolutely clean up virtual currency "mining" activities within Beijing in accordance with the law and regulations.
