South Africa will conduct an analysis of stablecoin use cases this year

ChainCatcher news, according to CoinDesk, the South African intergovernmental fintech working group will conduct an analysis of use cases for stablecoins this year and consider appropriate policy and regulatory responses.

It is reported that the organization is also considering the impact of tokenization on the domestic market. The group plans to release a discussion paper in December outlining the regulatory implications of tokenization and blockchain-based financial market infrastructure.
