ChainCatcher news, according to Bloomberg, U.S. prosecutors stated that despite the Montenegro High Court ruling to extradite Do Kwon back to South Korea to face charges related to the $40 billion loss caused by the collapse of the TerraUSD stablecoin in 2022, the U.S. will continue to seek Do Kwon's extradition based on relevant international and bilateral agreements as well as Montenegrin law.
