The U.S. government's claim against FTX is expected to be between $300 million and $5 billion

ChainCatcher news, according to The Block, court documents show that the U.S. government's claims against the bankrupt cryptocurrency exchange FTX are expected to total between $300 million and $5 billion, with the exact amount subject to change and requiring negotiations with the relevant authorities. Meanwhile, under relevant regulations, claims from FTX customers, Alameda Research lenders, management fees, and non-government creditors are all subordinate to government and tax claims.
