The price of Bitcoin needs to reach $93,000 for its market value to surpass that of silver

2024-05-20 13:32:42

ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, since Bitcoin reached its all-time high of $73,737 on March 14, silver has increased by 33.4%, while Bitcoin has decreased by 9.5%.

Silver currently has a market capitalization of $1.828 trillion, which is about $500 billion higher than Bitcoin, whose current market capitalization is $1.322 trillion, making it the ninth largest asset by market cap globally. This means Bitcoin would need to rise by 40% to reach $93,000 in order to surpass silver's current market capitalization (assuming other factors remain constant).
