Bloomberg ETF Analyst: The approval of the 19b-4 filing is issued by the authorized agency

ChainCatcher message, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart stated on platform X: "The approval of the spot Ethereum ETF 19b-4 filing was issued by the authorized agency, which means no public committee vote is required. But this also means that any committee member can technically raise questions and request a review/vote; essentially, people do not know what exactly happened or who decided the voting outcome. But regardless of the voting result, whether it's 3-2 or 4-1, one thing is clear: the request for review will not change any decisions; they have been approved, and it is done. But it may provide deeper insights into what exactly happened over the past week. I think the only possible reason is political reasons?"
