ChainCatcher news, according to Arkham monitoring, the German government address transferred 133.722 BTC, worth approximately 7.63 million USD, to the market maker Cumberland DRW today at 18:58 (UTC+8). This is the first time the German government address has transferred to Cumberland DRW.

In addition, the German government address had previously transferred a total of 500 BTC to Bitstamp and Coinbase.
