Regulated prediction market platform Kalshi wins CFTC lawsuit, allowing launch of U.S. election predictions
ChainCatcher news, according to Coindesk, the regulated prediction market platform Kalshi has won its lawsuit against the CFTC regarding whether Kalshi can offer predictions on the U.S. elections.
It is reported that Kalshi operates only in the United States and settles trades in regular U.S. dollars. However, each prediction contract it lists must be approved or reviewed by the CFTC.
