According to ChainCatcher news, citing The Information, the artificial intelligence startup Anthropic has begun discussions with investors regarding financing. According to an existing investor who spoke with OpenAI executives, the company's valuation could reach between $30 billion and $40 billion, roughly doubling from the financing completed earlier this year. Anthropic generates revenue by selling access to its Claude conversational AI.
