ChainCatcher news, according to GlobeNewswire, the NYSE-listed company Genius Group announced the acquisition of the Bitcoin and blockchain learning platform XD Academy, with the specific acquisition amount not yet disclosed.

It is understood that the platform was formerly known as BitMEX Academy, which was the educational platform under the cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX, and was later spun off to operate independently. After the acquisition is completed, the course content of XD Academy will be integrated into the Genius learning platform.
