ChainCatcher news, the encrypted mining chip design company Nano Labs has completed its previously announced private placement of 5,611,459 shares of Class A common stock at a purchase price of $6.46 per share, raising approximately $36.25 million. The total purchase price was paid in USD, Bitcoin, and USD.
