Data: BlackRock increased its holdings of Bitcoin-related assets by over $320 million in Q1, bringing its total holdings to $5.4 billion

ChainCatcher news, according to BlackRock's latest 13F report, as of the end of the first quarter of 2025, the company has significantly increased its holdings in Bitcoin spot ETFs (such as IBIT, FBTC) and stocks of publicly traded companies that hold Bitcoin. Among them, IBIT has increased to 5.85 million shares, valued at $274 million; MicroStrategy (MSTR) shares have increased by over 3.15 million shares, with a total market value exceeding $4.15 billion. Overall, Bitcoin-related holdings have risen from approximately $3.9 billion in the fourth quarter of 2024 to $5.4 billion in the first quarter, a quarterly increase of nearly 40%.
