Florida Senate withdraws consideration of Bitcoin Strategic Reserve Bill
ChainCatcher news, according to Cointelegraph, two cryptocurrency bills in Florida have been removed from the legislative process, marking the latest blow to the state-level strategic Bitcoin reserve goals in the United States. The Florida Senate stated that House Bill 487 and Senate Bill 550 have been "indefinitely postponed and withdrawn from consideration" as of May 3.
The Florida legislative session adjourned on May 2 without passing these two bills, which aimed to promote legislation for the establishment of cryptocurrency reserves in the state.
