Oasis Protocol Foundation Launches ROFL Mainnet: A TEE Verifiable Off-Chain Computing Framework for AI Applications

July 2, 2024 --- The governance body of the Oasis Layer 1 blockchain, the Oasis Protocol Foundation, focused on artificial intelligence and privacy protection, officially announced the launch of the Runtime Offchain Logic (ROFL) mainnet. This framework enables developers to perform complex computations off-chain while maintaining blockchain-level trust, verifiability, and privacy.

ROFL fills a critical gap in the Web3 space: how to run computation-intensive tasks such as AI model training, inference, and data analysis without sacrificing decentralization or trust. WT3 --- As a decentralized trading strategy autonomous AI agent, it utilizes ROFL to achieve completely private and trustless private key management and trade execution. This project has received $100,000 in seed funding from the Oasis Protocol Foundation to accelerate product development.
