Cryptocurrency mining company DMG Blockchain Solutions plans to establish a diversified digital asset treasury including BTC

ChainCatcher news, according to Globenewswire, DMG Blockchain Solutions (TSX - V: DMG I)(OTCQB: DMG GF) announced on July 22, 2025, that it has hired consultants to evaluate and assist in implementing institutional-level financial management within its wholly-owned subsidiary Systemic Trust Company (STC) operating a regulatory custody platform. The company's current digital asset portfolio consists solely of Bitcoin, but it is considering incorporating other digital assets.

DMG may leverage existing Bitcoin, Bitcoin mining revenues, and/or raise funds to expand its financial scale. DMG CEO Sheldon Bennett stated that the company's end-to-end platform integrates secure computing infrastructure, Bitcoin mining, and regulatory custody services to provide clients with a unique digital asset management solution.
