ChainCatcher news, according to Gate news, Circle (CRCL.N) announced that the public offering of 10 million shares is priced at $130 per share.

Previously, on August 13, Circle announced its plan to issue 2 million Class A shares; selling shareholders plan to issue 8 million Class A shares.
