The probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates three times before the end of the year has risen to 71%
ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi reports, the non-farm payroll report was weaker than expected, and futures market traders' bets are significantly leaning towards more rate cuts in 2025. Traders still strongly expect the Federal Reserve to cut rates by 25 basis points in September.
Currently, traders believe that the probability of three rate cuts by the end of this year is 71%, up from 46% a day ago. The likelihood of the Federal Reserve cutting rates only once or less before the end of the year has dropped from 7.9% a day ago to 1.5%.
