ChainCatcher news reports that Metaplanet has announced the establishment of a new company, "Bitcoin Japan Co., Ltd.", and plans to acquire the Bitcoin-related domain "Bitcoin.jp". Bitcoin Japan Co., Ltd. will be responsible for operating Bitcoin-related media, events, and services, including Bitcoin.jp, Bitcoin Magazine Japan, and future Bitcoin Japan conferences. The new company has a registered capital of 10 million yen.

In addition, Metaplanet has also established a new subsidiary in the United States, "Metaplanet Income Corp.", focusing on Bitcoin income business and related derivatives trading. Metaplanet stated that this domain acquisition and subsidiary establishment will enhance operational transparency and profitability, providing important support for its Bitcoin ecosystem layout, while further strengthening its competitiveness in the global Bitcoin market.
