ChainCatcher news, according to Jinshi reports, due to the U.S. government "shutdown" starting Wednesday, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics failed to release the U.S. September non-farm payroll report as scheduled at 20:30 Beijing time.

This is the first occurrence of this situation since 2013. That year, the government shutdown led to the non-farm payroll report, originally scheduled for release on October 4, being delayed for nearly three weeks until October 22.

This week, due to the U.S. government shutdown, the following economic data has also not been released: initial jobless claims, construction spending month-on-month, factory orders month-on-month, and durable goods orders month-on-month.

According to U.S. media reports, the U.S. Senate will vote again on the temporary funding bill to extend federal government funding on the 3rd. If it fails to pass, the federal government "shutdown" may continue into next week.
