According to Jinshi reports, iCapital stated in a outlook report that it expects the yield on the 10-year U.S. Treasury bond to trade in the range of 4% - 4.5% in 2026, potentially reaching the upper limit in the second half of the year. The report noted that although yields are expected to fluctuate within this range, they could rise to 4.5% if the deficit outlook worsens. This could put pressure on risk assets and capital market activities.
