Bitwise CIO: If the CLARITY Act is successfully passed and enacted, the crypto market may reach new highs again
Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan stated, "The 'CLARITY Act' is like 'Punxsutawney Phil' in this round of crypto winter. If it just pokes its head out but fails to pass in Congress, then the 'winter' may continue; but if it passes smoothly and is signed into law, the crypto market is likely to reach new historical highs."
