According to Gate market data, U.S. semiconductor and chip equipment stocks rose in pre-market trading, as Alphabet (GOOG.O) indicated that its capital expenditures could double by 2026. Broadcom (AVGO.O) rose by 5%, while AMD (AMD.O) and NVIDIA (NVDA.O) both saw increases of over 2%.
