According to Arkham data, at 19:24, 164.59 BTC (worth approximately 11.26 million USD) was transferred from one anonymous address (starting with bc1qyf0m…) to another anonymous address (starting with bc1qz8wt…). Subsequently, that address transferred 10.19 BTC to another anonymous address (starting with bc1qvj90…).
