Iranian media: No direct or indirect contact with Trump
The Iranian Fars News Agency stated that Iran has had no direct or indirect contact with Trump and claimed that Trump withdrew his visit after threatening to attack energy facilities in West Asia.
The Iranian Foreign Ministry accused the U.S. president of stalling during efforts to ease tensions in the region.
