Strategy founder Michael Saylor stated that approximately 80% of the perpetual preferred stock STRC issued by the company is held by retail investors. This product pays dividends monthly, with a current annualized yield of about 11.5%.

Saylor mentioned that STRC is designed to be a low-volatility income tool trading around a par value of $100, and the dividend rate can be adjusted based on market conditions. This year, Strategy has raised funds through this product and allocated them to Bitcoin, with a cumulative investment scale nearing $3 billion, and plans to raise a total of $42 billion through related financing arrangements, of which STRC accounts for $21 billion. Benchmark analysts pointed out that as demand for STRC grows, Strategy's ability to allocate Bitcoin may continue to strengthen.
