In traditional finance, Pre-IPO is an exclusive game for institutions and high-net-worth individuals: qualified investors hold real equity in unlisted companies through strictly vetted channels in the form of SPVs, waiting for IPOs to realize returns. The barriers to entry are extremely high, and the processes are very complex, leaving ordinary people with little opportunity to participate.

Here, we must clarify one concept: SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle).
