A case of home robbery by fake police occurred in France, where the victim was forced to transfer $1 million worth of Bitcoin

French police are investigating a vicious cryptocurrency "ransom attack" case. Three criminals disguised as police officers broke into a residential home near Paris, threatened and controlled a couple in their 50s with knives, forcing the husband to transfer approximately $1 million worth of Bitcoin that he held.
