BlackRock submits the third version of the iShares Bitcoin Spot ETF S-1 filing

Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated on the X platform that the iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) has submitted its third version of the S-1 amendment document. The fees have not yet been announced, but the issuer (BlackRock) is clearly actively adjusting the product.
