Strategy proposal approved: STRC dividend changed to semi-monthly payment, first payment date is July 15
Michael Saylor, the founder and executive chairman of Bitcoin Treasury Company Strategy, posted that STRC and MSTR shareholders have approved changing the dividend payment frequency of STRC from monthly to semi-monthly. According to the new arrangement, the first record date is June 30, and the first payment date is July 15.
