According to Jinshi, the American asset management company PGIM expects the Federal Reserve to raise interest rates three times this year to curb economic overheating, and then reverse the rate hikes in 2027. PGIM pointed out that the U.S. economy is "exceptionally strong," with inflation remaining high, necessitating new strategies. The company also stated that it expects the Federal Reserve to cut rates three times in 2027, with the final rate dropping to 3.375%, below the current level.
