According to publicly disclosed information, the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) has included GigaDevice Semiconductor in its holdings, with a weight of 2.91%. Critini Research analyst Jukan pointed out that GigaDevice Semiconductor is the parent company or affiliated entity of Chinese DRAM manufacturer CXMT.

The DRAM ETF focuses on memory chip companies, primarily holding giants like Samsung, Micron, and SK Hynix.

CXMT was co-founded by GigaDevice Semiconductor founder Zhu Yiming, and there is technical, foundry, and investment cooperation between the two parties. This move highlights the initial exposure of the domestic DRAM industry in China within international ETFs.
