World launches a full-chain prediction market on Solana, integrating Phantom and Chainlink

According to CoinDesk, the on-chain prediction market platform World has launched on Solana, allowing users to trade contracts linked to cryptocurrency prices, the 2026 World Cup, and other events using Solana wallets. It will later expand to sports, geopolitics, and macroeconomic markets.

The platform is designed to be non-custodial, with user funds only moving when participating in the market. Positions, settlements, and payouts are all completed on-chain, using the CASH stablecoin launched by Phantom as the settlement asset, with data and settlement oracle infrastructure provided by Chainlink to reduce reliance on manual adjudication.
