According to Jinshi reports, Dongfang Jincheng released a research report stating that driven by the renewed escalation of geopolitical risks, the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield is expected to show a fluctuating upward trend. Considering the escalation of tensions between the U.S. and Iran and Iran's announcement to close the Strait of Hormuz, international oil prices are expected to rise, boosting market inflation and interest rate hike expectations.

In addition, Federal Reserve Chairman Waller will attend a congressional hearing this week, and his testimony is expected to have a hawkish tone, conveying signals to control inflation, thereby raising real interest rates. Overall, the central tendency of the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield is likely to continue to rise.
