Vitalik posted on the X platform stating that he has developed a toy demonstration version of the idea of a "censored anonymous bulletin board" on Aztec. This idea comes from his previous article on using SNARKs, and it is still in the early stages, but it can already achieve interesting and non-trivial functionalities.
