New York Federal Court dismisses SBF's appeal

According to ABC News, the New York Federal Appeals Court upheld the conviction of SBF for fraud and conspiracy following the collapse of his cryptocurrency trading platform FTX. In 2024, SBF was sentenced to 25 years in prison for orchestrating what prosecutors called one of the largest financial frauds in American history.
