- Bitwise continues to increase its holdings, with its clients purchasing over $5 million in HYPE in a single week: The latest update from leading cryptocurrency index fund management company Bitwise shows that the firm has not sold any HYPE assets since last month and has maintained a net buying position throughout August. Market data indicates that in the past week, its ETF clients have cumulatively purchased HYPE worth over $5 million.
- Empery Digital sold 235 bitcoins to resolve debt: U.S. listed company Empery Digital (NASDAQ: $EMPD) officially disclosed that the company recently sold 235 bitcoins in the open market to raise funds for repaying approximately $10 million in maturing debt. After this reduction, Empery Digital's total bitcoin holdings have decreased to 1,279 BTC, ranking 39th in the global list of companies by bitcoin holdings.
