Sources: Citigroup may become one of the lead underwriters for Anthropic's IPO
According to informed sources, the artificial intelligence company Anthropic plans to bring Citigroup into its main underwriting syndicate for its initial public offering. If it goes ahead, Citigroup will join Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan Chase in a core underwriting role. Anthropic may submit its listing application to regulators as early as the end of this month.
