Bitget API now fully supports CFD trading, covering global assets such as gold, foreign exchange, and stock indices

2026-09-11 11:15:27

Bitget API now fully supports CFD trading, expanding programmatic trading capabilities from cryptocurrency assets to global markets such as gold, foreign exchange, stock indices, and crude oil. Institutional clients and professional traders can directly manage CFD accounts through the API, covering core functions such as order execution, account inquiries, fund transfers, real-time market data, and risk control parameters, extending strategies into the traditional financial derivatives market within the existing API framework.

This upgrade enriches the programmatic trading scenarios. Traders can incorporate factors such as macroeconomic data, Federal Reserve policies, employment and inflation data, oil prices, and stock index fluctuations into their strategy models, and configure them with different account models like ECN, STP, and Pro, obtaining a more comprehensive programmatic trading capability in global markets through a unified API framework.
