OpenAI plans to set a financing valuation target of 1.2 trillion USD

OpenAI is in discussions with investors for a new round of private financing, targeting a valuation of approximately $1.2 trillion in preparation for a future IPO. According to informed sources, OpenAI's valuation reached $852 billion after completing financing in March of this year.

The company is discussing further financing plans with large investors, and the negotiations are still in the early stages. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman stated that the listing date may not be earlier than 2027.
