BitMart announced the official launch of the user communication portal, serving as a unified channel for users to submit questions and opinions regarding withdrawal arrangements, recent action plans, and the future direction of the platform. Relevant information will be reviewed by BitMart, financial advisor Alvarez & Marsal, and legal advisors, and will be included in ongoing assessments.

When submitting, users must select the "User Communication Portal" question type, fill in their email and inquiry category, and complete the submission through email verification. BitMart stated that this portal is only for collecting opinions and will not separately process withdrawal requests; submitting a ticket will not change account or asset status. The platform also reminds users to be vigilant against impersonation and asset recovery scams, and to never disclose passwords, two-factor authentication codes, private keys, or mnemonic phrases.
