The Federal Reserve raised the 2026 core PCE inflation forecast to 3.4%
The Federal Reserve FOMC economic projections show that the median core PCE inflation expectations for 2026, 2027, and 2028 are 3.4%, 2.5%, and 2.2%, respectively, compared to the June expectations of 3.3%, 2.5%, and 2.1%.
