Analyst: 87% of altcoins on Binance have surpassed the 200-day moving average, compared to only about 20% in August

On-chain analyst Darkfost posted on X, stating that since June 2026, the total market capitalization of altcoins, including ETH, has attracted over $371 billion in inflows, an increase of about 45%.

Meanwhile, approximately 87% of altcoins on Binance are currently above the 200-day moving average, while about 80% of altcoins were still below this average in August of this year. Darkfost believes this reflects a significant recent concentration of funds into altcoins, while market sentiment has shown signs of overheating to some extent, and attention should be paid to whether the subsequent momentum can be sustained.
