CFTC: S&P 500 net short positions increased to 396,700 contracts
According to data from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), as of the week ending October 6, speculators' net short positions in the CME S&P 500 stock fund increased by 41,003 contracts to 396,700 contracts.
