Arkham: Tesla still holds approximately 8,430 bitcoins, with a position value of about 960 million USD

According to Arkham monitoring, Tesla spent $1.5 billion to purchase Bitcoin in February 2021, and then sold about 4,670 Bitcoins from March to April 2021, making a profit of approximately $100.2 million.

During the LUNA crash in May 2022, Tesla transferred about 30,690 Bitcoins to Coinbase, leading the market to believe that it had sold off most of its holdings. Since then, its Bitcoin holdings have undergone adjustments, and it currently still holds about 8,430 Bitcoins, valued at approximately $960 million. Tesla did not further reduce its Bitcoin holdings during the FTX crash in 2022.
