Babylon promotes Aave V4 native Bitcoin collateral solution

According to The Defiant, Babylon is advancing a native Bitcoin collateralization plan for Aave V4. Under this proposal, the collateral will remain on the Bitcoin network, while the permissionless liquidation process will settle using WBTC.

Currently, the risk parameters of the plan and subsequent governance votes are yet to be determined.
