Data: 500 million USDC newly minted on the Solana blockchain within 5 minutes
Whale Alert posted on the X platform that USDC Treasury minted two transactions of 250 million USDC each on the Solana network at 03:47 and 03:49 Beijing time, totaling 500 million USDC, worth approximately 500 million USD.
Data from the Solana block explorer shows that both transactions were executed by the USDC minting authority address.
