Famous trader: Binance's replenishment may bring buying pressure, still bullish on Bitcoin

Renowned trader Doctor Profit stated that he still maintains a bullish outlook on Bitcoin and believes that Binance's need to compensate for stolen assets may bring buying pressure. He mentioned that the portion that cannot be compensated through asset recovery or the company's existing holdings needs to be repurchased, but the specific purchase amount has not been disclosed.

According to his estimates, the related events involve approximately 6.3 billion dollars, of which about 3 billion dollars have been frozen. He expects that after Tether and Circle reissue the corresponding assets, the remaining gap will be about 3.3 billion dollars, accounting for approximately 2.05% of Binance's total assets. If no more funds are frozen subsequently, Binance will need to repurchase about 3.3 billion dollars worth of crypto assets, including Bitcoin.

Doctor Profit views this potential replenishment demand as an inflow of funds and stated that this incident has not shaken his bullish stance. He still holds a long position in Bitcoin opened at 80,400 dollars and spot purchases at 60,000 dollars, claiming that he was prepared for volatility before entering the market and will not exit his position due to this incident.
