Metaplanet repaid 8 billion yen in bonds in advance, adjusting the fundraising purpose to purchasing Bitcoin

Metaplanet announced that it has fully repaid in advance the 20th issue of ordinary bonds issued to EVO FUND, with a principal amount of 8 billion yen, originally due in April 2027.

The company also adjusted the fundraising purpose of the 27th issue of stock acquisition rights, reallocating the 8 billion yen originally intended for bond repayment to Bitcoin purchases, increasing the planned amount for this purpose from 25.422 billion yen to 33.422 billion yen; the planned amount for Bitcoin revenue business remains at 3.714 billion yen.
