ChainCatcher news, OKX Chief Marketing Officer Haider Rafique revealed in an interview with Decrypt that OKX's U.S. sister exchange (formerly known as OKCoin, now rebranded as OKX) plans to launch a new mobile application this fall as part of the exchange's comprehensive relaunch. The new app will replace the existing OKCoin app and will migrate OKCoin users to the new platform.Rafique emphasized that this is a brand new product, not just a simple rebranding. The new app is expected to be launched in the coming months and is currently in discussions with several U.S. banks for partnerships. The U.S. version of OKX plans to operate in 41 states and hopes to support ACH transfer functionality.It is worth noting that the U.S. version of OKX had suspended USD deposits in early 2023, and this relaunch aims to re-establish banking partnerships.
